LAS FASES:

1. Sembrar

Es el momento de entrar en contacto con la tierra, de remover, labrar. De preparar el suelo y elegir las semillas. Es el momento para abrir compuertas y vislumbrar nuevos horizontes. Enfrentarnos al vacío e iniciar un nuevo ciclo.

2. Germinar

Durante la germinación le damos espacio al subsconsciente. Imágenes y memorias que surgen de las semillas plantadas. Damos espacio a necesidades propias y grupales que hayan aparecido durante la siembra. Desarrollar la sensibilidad para acoger y cuidar el desarrollo de esas semillas sin necesidad de saber qué tipo de planta está creciendo.

3. Florecer

Es el momento de catalizar la creación que ha ido gestándose en el intenso trabajo anterior. Momento para integrar toda esa información. Desarrollar una atención sutil para poder cuidar la flor que nace. Es el momento de ofrecer, de exponer la fragilidad de los olores y colores que han nacido.

LOS DÍAS:

Entrenamiento
Comenzamos con un intenso entrenamiento psico-físico que permite ensanchar las posibilidades del cuerpo siempre en relación con el espacio común. Nos entrenamos a nadar en corrientes fuertes, en cultivar la serenidad en la desorientación y en reconciliar nuestra pasión por la precisión y el control con la aceptación del caos.

Investigamos la investigación.

Aterrizaje
Terminamos con una actividad en la que nos permitimos decantar lo removido. Reposo, meditación, cuidado del cuerpo, relajación. Atención y exposición.

PROGRAMA
Aquí contemplamos una hoja de ruta. Puedes apreciar las temáticas y los caminos a grandes rasgos así como los profesores invitados.

THE PHASES

1. To spread

This moment is to contact with the earth, to remove, to plough, to prepare the soil and to select the seeds. This moment is to open the gates, to glimpse the new horizons, to challenge the emptiness and to begin a new cycle.

2. To germinate

During this period we´ll give a space to the subconscious. We´ll touch memories and images that emerge from planted seeds, we´ll give space to your own and group´s needs that would appear during the seeding. It´s a time to put the focus on the sensitivity, on receiving and  taking care of seed´s development without a need to know a kind of plant which´s growing.

3. To flourish

This moment is to catalyse the creation that was breeding during all the intense work we have done. It is a moment to bring together all this information, to develop a subtle attention we need to take care about a flower that´s being born. It is a moment to offer, to expose a fragility of the smells and colours that have emerged.

THE DAYS

The training
We start with an intense psycho-physical training that allows to expand our body´s possibilities always in relationship with the common space. We train to swim in a strong streams, to cultivate the serenity in a disorientation and to reconcile our passion for the precision and the control with an acceptation of the chaos.

We investigate the investigation.

Landing
We finish the sessions with activities that enable us to decant what we´ve removed. It´s time to repose, meditate, take care of our bodies and relax in the ocean of attention and exposure.
