El butoh es una danza de libertad. Busca dejar vía libre a la vida y saborear la belleza de cada instante que vivimos. Precisamente por esto el butoh nos invita a tomar conciencia de la muerte, del valor de ser uno mismo, de la dignidad del ciclo vida / muerte como una paradoja infinita, insistente e inevitable. A través de una confrontación del alma con el cuerpo humano, busca integrar la dualidad de la existencia (vida/muerte, masculino/femenino, consciente/inconsciente, futuro/pasado…) y encontrar una forma de expresión única de cada ser pero a la vez común a todas las criaturas, una verdad del alma a través del cuerpo, que permita a la sabiduría inconsciente manifestarse a través del movimiento consciente.
La escuela
Aula Nostra es un espacio para nacer y renacer a nivel artístico. Tanto como si quieres dedicar tu vida al arte como si quieres vivir tu vida con arte, tanto como si recién entras en la edad adulta como si lo hacen tus hijos, para nacer y renacer, Aula Nostra es el reto que necesitas.
Una oportunidad para desafiar nuestros límites físicos, emocionales y psicológicos. Los límites de la sensación y los límites del pensamiento.
Un medio para explorar nuestra necesidad de aprender juntos, investigar nuestros lenguajes de comunicación con nosotros mismos y con la sociedad. El ritual escénico será el espacio para desarrollar, en grupo, nuestra singularidad.
El programa que proponemos desde Aula nostra trenza continuamente las preguntas por el cuerpo, el grupo y la creación. La materia prima en la que indagamos es la singularidad de la existencia de los cuerpos presentes. Por ello, con el objetivo de cuidar lo inesperado y favorecer la emergencia de lo desconocido, con la clara intención de cuidar nuestras vidas y sabiendo que cuidar la vida es ayudarla a nacer, el transcurso de las sesiones se reajusta constantemente en función de las necesidades de los cuerpos.
Butoh innato
El butoh sucede en un cuerpo desatado del tiempo. El origen de la danza se encuentra en la materia de la que formamos parte y esta materia se enraíza en el subsuelo. Estaba ahí antes de nacer, estará después de morir.
Desde el nacimiento recubrimos esa información con capas de conceptos, de hábitos, de juicios, de identidades. El objetivo es aprender, en el sentido de lijar, quitar, parir, librarse y liberarnos. Recuperar una mente fetal que conviva en el cuerpo con la mente convencional del ciudadano. Desinhibir la curiosidad del cuerpo bebé, un cuerpo que resuena con el mundo, que escucha y observa accionándose. Un cuerpo que danza sin fin.
Queremos descubrir lo que solo tú sabes.
El amor es lo que queda cuando quitas todo lo demás.

Innate butoh program
The butoh is a dance of freedom. This dance looks for opening ways to the life and tasting a beauty of every instant of it. That is why butoh invites us to take the death and the value of being ourselves into account, to be conscious about the dignity of life´s / death´s cycle as an infinite paradox which is insistent and unavoidable. Through the confrontation between a soul and a human body, butoh aims to integrate the duality of an existence (death/life, masculine/feminine, conscious/unconscious, future/past…) and to find a new form of each being´s unique expression that at the same time is common to all the living creatures: a soul´s truth across the body that allows a manifestation of an unconscious wisdom through the conscious movement.
The school
Aula Nostra is a space to be born and reborn in an artistic way as if you want to dedicate your life to the arts, as if you want to live your life with an artistic touch, as if you just have entered adulthood, as if your children just have done it. Aula Nostra is a challenge you need to be born and to reborn.
It´s an opportunity to dare our physical, emotional and psychological limits. The limits of sensations and of thinking.
It´s a way to explore our need to learn together, to investigate our communication´s languages with ourselves and the society. A scenic ritual will be the space to develop in a group our uniqueness.
Innate butoh
The butoh happens through a body that unleashes the time. There is a dance´s origin in the matter we take part of, and this matter is rooted in a subsoil. It was there before we were born and it will be there after our death.
From the birth we cover this information with layers of concepts, behaviours, judgments, identities. Our aim is to learn, but the sense of learning for us is to sand down, remove, give birth and break free ourselves, to recover a “fetal” mind which could live together with a conventional citizen´s mind and body. Our aim is to make uninhibited a curiosity as it is a baby´s body: the body that resonates with the world and that listen and observe the world in action. The body that dance without end.
